In the match against ninth-placed Fulham, Tottenham found themselves in an early deficit after Harry Wilson and Alex Iwobi scored to make it 1–0 and 2–0 in the first half. Richarlison equalised in the second half, but the match ended 1–2.
Croatian former star defender Igor Tudor was in charge for his second match as Tottenham manager and lost again, following a 1–4 debut in the derby against Arsenal last week.
Tottenham are in 16th place in the table, four points behind West Ham, who are 18th and in the relegation zone after 28 of 38 rounds.
