Problems are piling up on the pitch as Manchester City is having its worst season under manager Pep Guardiola.
The club is a good bit behind leading Liverpool in the Premier League and risks being knocked out of the Champions League after Wednesday evening's thrashing in Paris. There, Paris SG turned 0-2 into a 4-2 victory.
But the club has money. Omar Marmoush, forward and club teammate of national midfielder Hugo Larsson, is being bought out from Eintracht Frankfurt for around 800 million kronor.
Marmoush becomes the third player to join during the transfer window. Defenders Abdukodir Khusanov and Vitor Reis are the other two.
