It was finally a fourth place for Swedish Maja Stark at the Maybank Championship on the LPGA tour.

After the second round, Stark was leading. On the third round, she dropped to fourth place – a position she maintained after the competition's final round, which she completed in 70 strokes.

The fourth place is shared with American Bailey Tardy, both finishing with a total of -16.

The winner was Chinese Ruoning Yin, who finished with a total of -23, after a final round without any bogeys and with seven birdies.

Linn Grant finished in a tied 12th place, with a fine final round of 67 strokes with five birdies and not a single bogey. She finished with a total of -12.

Madelene Sagström finished tied 46th at -6, Linnea Ström tied 61st at -3, and Anna Nordström in a tied 70th place at +5.
