"To achieve this, Volvo Cars is now entering into a dialogue with relevant unions, with the aim of keeping the Torslanda factory open for an extra week during the summer, which would be the first time in the company's history," the car manufacturer writes in a press release.
In a separate press release, the vehicle manufacturer reports sales statistics. During the three-month period December-February, sales fell by 10 percent to 156,965 cars compared with the same period the previous year.
