It is crucial that we work together, Støre said at a press conference with Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Stubb.
Alexander Stubb highlighted progress in both the short and long term during Tuesday's talks, saying that the "noise" that had clouded the picture of success had not disrupted the talks.
We've made great progress under the radar over the past week. Now the process is back on track.
Støre added:
We are on the right track. But war is unpredictable. It is impossible to foresee. That is why we must from time to time keep our cool and think diplomatically. We have done that today.
Talk at all levels
According to the three leaders, US envoy Steve Witkoff will travel to St. Petersburg on Wednesday for talks with the Russian side, where proposals raised in Oslo will be presented.
It is important that we continue to talk at all levels about the decisions that need to be made to end the war, Zelenskyy said, raising some hope of being able to hold new talks later this week.
The president further said that Ukraine has "clear ideas about how we should achieve peace" and suggested a potential trilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.
We'll see what Putin has to say about that.
Don't lose the war
The Ukrainian president was also asked whether Ukraine was losing the war.
We are not losing the war. We are losing people. And time, Zelenskyy said, adding that after the recent frosty tone towards the US, he had received "clear positive signals" from the American side on Tuesday morning about, among other things, security guarantees.
We have different proposals. We mentioned NATO and its Article 5, and similar guarantees. There are other types of guarantees, which Steve (Witkoff) will share with the Russians.
We are grateful that the intelligence is working again, so that we get advance warning of ballistic missiles. We discussed Starlink and the Patriot systems, and he will come back to that.
Witkoff himself did not participate in the press conference.
