On Sunday, a spacecraft with replacements arrived at the International Space Station ISS to rescue the stranded astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams.
It was in June that Williams and Wilmore went up to ISS, with the intention of only spending about a week there. But problems piled up and the return journey had to be postponed several times.
Other astronauts have been on longer space missions, but none have had to extend their mission as much as the two.
The journey to Earth, which began on Tuesday, was made with a Space X spacecraft.
