On Saturday, Barcelona and Arsenal will play the final in the women's Champions League.

It could have been a final without a winner's trophy. For the trophy was stolen at Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon on Saturday, in connection with the league match between Sporting and Vitoaria Guimaraes.

But now the trophy, together with other belongings to the European Football Association (Uefa), has been returned to Uefa.

It was several masked individuals who forced a gate in the garage at the arena and thus managed to get hold of the Champions League trophy and other items.

13 suspected individuals have been identified by Portuguese police and the investigation into the theft is ongoing.
