On other stock exchanges, developments are mixed, overshadowed by continued fighting around the Persian Gulf and sharp price drops for some stocks exposed to the AI sector.
Wall Street ended Wednesday's trading higher, while the Stockholm Stock Exchange's broad OMXS index fell 0.1 percent.
So far this year, the OMXS index has risen 4.9 percent.
