A brief upswing after the Stockholm Stock Exchange was closed in connection with National Day was erased. The development among the large companies on the OMXS30 list is mixed with about half of the companies in the red.

It was worst for the defense conglomerate Saab, which fell heavily, the stock traded down 7.2 percent. This after a sector analysis from Deutsche Bank where they see that the defense sector will not continue to rise to the same extent as it has done earlier. Even sector colleague Mildef fell, 3.7 percent.

In the opposite direction, primarily the white goods giant Electrolux and the real estate company SBB went up 3.9 and 4.3 percent respectively.

The real estate sector was somewhat of a general winner with gains for example Corem and Atrium Ljungberg at 4.4 and 3.0 percent respectively.

On the foreign exchange market, the US dollar has lost value and now costs 9.60 kronor, this at the same time as the euro is at 10.96.

Even on the larger European stock exchanges, it is a mixed picture. At closing in Stockholm, Frankfurt, London, and Paris were all in the red.
