More cheerful was the situation for Stora Enso, which surged 14.6 percent after yesterday's announcement that they are considering listing their Swedish forest assets on the stock exchange. Fellow sector company SCA also followed up and was found at the top of OMXS30 with an increase of 2.3 percent.
Also at the top was the engineering company Atlas Copco, plus 1.0 percent, and Astra Zeneca, up 0.5 percent.
In the morning, the news came that all parties in the Riksdag have agreed on a record investment in the defense, financed by loans. The defense company Saab's share rose earlier on Wednesday, but at the close, it dropped to the red side, minus 0.7 percent. Fellow sector company Mildef followed the same pattern and lost 0.6 percent.
At the bottom of the large company list OMXS30, the cloud service company Sinch was found, which fell back 6.8 percent.
After the morning's report, the tourism company Skistar lost 2.0 percent.
