The broad OMXS-index of the Stockholm Stock Exchange rose 0.5 percent, while the OMXS30-index, which collects the 30 most traded stocks, rose 0.4 percent. However, the movements on OMXS30 were scattered – almost half of the companies retreated.

Defense conglomerate Saab rose 5.0 percent and placed itself at the top of the OMXS30-index. There were also medical technology company Getinge and lock giant Assa Abloy, which rose 2.0 percent each.

Cloud service company Sinch took the bottom spot with a decline of 2.8 percent, closely followed by home appliance giant Electrolux, which retreated 2.4 percent.

On the leading European stock exchanges, the development was mixed, with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange on the green at the same time as the Paris Stock Exchange retreated.
