Stockholm Stock Exchange rises as Boliden surges on record copper prices

Boliden's share climbed 6.3 percent. This development comes against the backdrop of copper being traded at record levels in recent days.

Engineering companies such as ABB and Sandvik also stood out among the most traded stocks on the OMXS30 list, with gains of 2.5 and 2.3 percent, respectively.

The leading European stock exchanges in London, Paris and Frankfurt were trading around zero at the close in Stockholm.

The price of oil has risen further, and a barrel of North Sea oil cost around $97.90 on Tuesday evening.
