On the OMXS30 list, construction company Skanska finished at the top with a rise of 4.5 percent. Engineering giant Atlas Copco also performed well after a 3.5 percent rise.
Among the losers on the same list, telecom giant Ericsson performed the weakest, down 3.8 percent after a downgrade from major bank Morgan Stanley.
The oil price continues to tick down after traffic through the Strait of Hormuz increased. At 5:30 p.m., a barrel of North Sea oil (Brent) cost about $100.
One euro costs 11.27 kronor while the dollar is quoted at 9.85 kronor.
