Stockholm Stock Exchange Closes 0.3% Higher as H&M Leads Gains, Saab Falls

The Stockholm Stock Exchange’s OMXS index closed up 0.3 percent on Tuesday.

While several leading Asian markets fell sharply in the morning amid renewed concerns about AI companies, markets in Europe and on the Stockholm Stock Exchange performed better.

Trading started higher, but gains eased somewhat in the afternoon after US banks reported mixed results. All three Wall Street indexes were down in early trading.

H&M topped the OMXS30, rising 2.4 percent after falling during trading on Monday afternoon following reports of a hacker attack. SCA rose 2.1 percent.

Saab was at the bottom of the list, falling 1.9 percent.
