On the heavyweight OMXS30 list, truck manufacturer Volvo is at the bottom, down 1.9 percent. Pharmaceutical group AstraZeneca and clothing giant H&M fell 1.4 and 1.3 percent, respectively.
At the other end of the large-company index are the defence group Saab, up 2.5 percent, and mining giant Boliden, which rose 1.7 percent after news from the government about the copper mine in Laver.
On the commodities market, a barrel of North Sea oil cost just under $89 after falling 0.1 percent during the day.
