Yesterday, most major world stock exchanges were broadly higher, and during overnight Asian trading they remained slightly higher.

After a few minutes of trading, the broad OMXS index hovered around the zero line. There were small movements among the heavyweights overall. Among the morning's winners was IT vendor Dustin, which rose 10 percent after a quarterly report.

The oil price fell further this morning to $94.50 a barrel for North Sea oil.

The krona has regained some of the ground lost during the Middle East war. One dollar now costs 9.18 kronor, while the euro is quoted at 10.82 kronor.
