It was this spring that a Wallenberg-led investment group announced that it would provide new money for the steel project in Boden.
Now the company says the investment is complete.
Stegra is now owned by two companies: Stegra Holding, which holds 90 percent of the shares and votes in Stegra, and Green Nexus Investment Holding, which holds the remaining shares and votes.
Stegra Holding is owned by new and existing investors who contributed new capital in the financing round. Wallenberg Investments holds 38.5 percent of the votes and 18.8 percent of the capital in Stegra Holding.
Stegra's expected start of production remains unclear.
"Stegra is in a process of escalating construction activity in Boden. During this period, the project's schedule is being reviewed," the company writes.
