"We expect to need the first quarter to complete the financing round. We have no further comments," the steel company's press manager Karin Hallstan told TT.
Hallstan adds that the company is in talks with several parties.
"We have said for six months that we are in dialogue with existing investors, new investors, the lender collective and strategic partners," she says.
Is everything going as planned?
"Yes, we are working on it. We expect to need the first quarter to complete the financing round."
The financing is required to complete the construction of a steel factory in Boden.
