Statistics Sweden made a mistake in its calculations - the correct figure will be published tomorrow

When Statistics Sweden published the figures for retail development for March this year, they were wrong. The statistics authority will announce what the figures actually looked like tomorrow, Tuesday.

"Due to a calculation error that affects figures on grocery retail, a correction is being made to the statistics on Retail Sales," writes Susanne Daregård, press officer at Statistics Sweden.

The corrected statistics will be published at 8:00 a.m. on May 19.

In April, TT reported Statistics Sweden's figures showing that retail sales volume increased by 0.3 percent in March compared to the previous month.
