When everything was on the line for Tre Kronor, Rasmus Dahlin didn't get any playing time. He had been one of Sweden's best players in the tournament. But he had no hard feelings.
"I was ready to play. It wasn't my decision. I really wanted to play. But it is what it is, I can't do anything about it," he said in an interview on the NHL website.
One talking point during the Olympics was Filip Forsberg's lack of playing time, mainly because he only played a single shift in the opening match against Italy.
"I was surprised when I arrived and saw what the lineup was going to be like," he says in a video on X posted by Nashville journalist Alex Dougherty.
