Up to 150,000 people marched under the slogan "Unite the kingdom" on Saturday. The demonstration was arranged by the right-wing extremist and activist Tommy Robinson.
When Elon Musk spoke via link to the demonstrators, he directed criticism at Keir Starmer's Labour government and urged a "revolutionary" change of power. He also said that "violence is coming".
Either you fight back, or you die, said the billionaire, who has made it a habit to try to influence the political development in Europe.
Starmer comments, through a spokesperson, on Musk's outburst.
"The United Kingdom is a fair, tolerant and decent country. The last thing the British people want is dangerous and inflammatory language, which threatens with violence and intimidation on our streets", the statement reads.
Musk also said that the British government has failed to "protect the innocent" and that there is an increasing breakdown of society as a result of "uncontrolled mass immigration".
