Stagnant housing prices as condominiums and villas fall marginally in January

In January, prices for condominiums fell by 0.3 percent on average across the country. Villas fell by 0.2 percent, according to the Swedish Real Estate Agency's regular monthly figures.

Over one year, prices for both villas and condominiums have risen by a marginal 0.6 percent.
