Titti Nylander was a longtime employee of Sveriges Radio, where she served as a Middle East correspondent and reported from Rome, Brussels, New York and London. She was awarded the Stora Journalistpriset, among other honors.
"Foreign journalism and the art of writing were my mother's passion and lifeblood, and we in the family are so proud of everything she accomplished during her years around the world. But above all, she was an infinitely loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother," said her daughter, Nike Nylander, who is a program host on Aktuellt, in a written statement to DN.
