The Audit Committee clears Sveriges Radio after the segment with Henrik Brandão Jönsson in "Sunday in P4" earlier this year.

The program host Farah Abadi threw the journalist out of the studio after the panel guest Brandão Jönsson tipped a listener to let her husband go to Copenhagen to buy sex and thereby become better in bed.

This is what they do in Brazil to learn, and in Spain, said Henrik Brandão Jönsson, whereupon Farah Abadi asked him to leave the studio.

Many thought that Sveriges Radio did wrong and reported the incident to the Review Board, which now clears the segment.

The Board writes that "the dissociation had support in the so-called democracy provision and did not therefore constitute an unauthorized stance".

The democracy provision means that the program activities should be characterized by the principle of all people's equal value, which is considered to imply an obligation to distance oneself from anything that violates this.

Henrik Brandão Jönsson, who is a long-time Brazil correspondent for Dagens Nyheter, apologized shortly after the broadcast in early October.

"I tried to contribute to the program's best and create dynamics, but it went completely wrong. I dissociate myself from all forms of buying sex", he wrote on X.
