The third season of the South Korean phenomenon "Squid game" is released today on Netflix. Despite the series' creator Hwang Dong-hyuk saying that it will be the last one he makes, the speculations are already in full swing about a continuation.
The reason? A twice Oscar-awarded Hollywood star appears in the new season's last episode. The actor appears on Los Angeles streets, where he recruits new American players to the deadly game, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The announcement about who will direct the new American season and who, in addition to the Hollywood star, will play in the next season is expected to come from Netflix in the near future.
The first season of "Squid game" from 2021 was the most streamed series on Netflix of all time.
