The tour and restaurant boat M/S Ådalen III began taking in water on Thursday evening after a grounding in Norafjärden southeast of Kramfors.
The drama was over by half past nine.
The pumps on the boat are working well, and the water level in the boat has decreased, says Jonas Franzén at the Sea and Air Rescue Center.
The boat will make its way to nearby Gustavsvik under its own power.
Over 140 people are on board the boat. There are no reports of anyone being injured.
