Specialist bank Noba, which includes, among other things, the brands Nordax Bank, Bank Norwegian and Svensk Hypotekspension, is going to the stock exchange.

On September 26, the company will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The price per share will be 70 kronor, the company announces in a press release. This means a valuation of the entire company at 35 billion kronor.

Major shareholders behind Noba are the venture capital company Nordic Capital and the insurance giant Sampo.
