Spanish midfielder Pedri is reported to miss the rest of the European Championship in Germany.
The 21-year-old Barcelona player was substituted due to an injury in his left knee in the sixth minute of Friday's quarterfinal against the host nation in Stuttgart after being tackled by Toni Kroos.
According to Marca, the Barcelona player will be out of play for a month. The Spanish Football Association has published an injury update on Pedri, specifying the degree of the knee injury. However, the association does not specify exactly how long he will be out of play.
"The football player will stay with his teammates until the end of the tournament," the association writes on its website.
Spain will face France in the European Championship semifinal in Munich on Tuesday.
