The fire broke out on Thursday after an electrical cable fell onto a road and spread quickly in the high temperatures and strong winds. About 7,000 hectares were destroyed in the fire, which is one of the deadliest in the country in recent years.
Authorities have now identified the people who died in the fire. According to a statement, all of the deceased were adults and the foreign nationals came from the UK, Belgium, France and the US.
