"Spain has reported a new case among passengers in quarantine," WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus wrote on X.
He described the situation as stable.
Three of those infected aboard the cruise ship Hondius have died, but no new deaths have been reported since May 2.
"Passengers who have become ill are receiving care and the rest remain in quarantine," wrote the WHO director.
