"I don't know why Ukraine broke our agreement and made it public, but it is a very big disappointment," South Korean President Lee Jae-Myung wrote on X.
Zelenskyy revealed in his speech on Wednesday that Ukraine has secretly brought two North Korean citizens, who fought for Russia in Ukraine and were taken as prisoners of war, to South Korea.
"The issue of bringing North Korean prisoners to the South is highly sensitive and could have major implications for diplomacy, security, and the situation on the Korean Peninsula," Lee writes.
