The South Korean presidential office is demanding an apology from Ukraine after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that two North Korean prisoners of war had been taken to South Korea.
Zelenskyy revealed the information in his speech to the UN General Assembly. According to South Korea, there was an agreement to keep it secret.
South Korea is now demanding an explanation for what happened and an apology.
