The South Korean government has criticised the Ukrainian president after he revealed from the podium that two North Koreans - who had fought for Russia - had been taken to South Korea. South Korean President Lee Jae-Myung has accused Zelenskyy of “breaking an agreement” and called the move “disappointing.”
Now, South Korean MP Yoo Yeong-Ha says the country's intelligence service suspects that Zelenskyy's motive for making the revelation was to shape public opinion in South Korea in order to supply Ukraine with weapons.
Another member of parliament, Youn Kun-Young, says the prisoners of war arrived in mid-September.
