According to Deadline, the film about a loveless couple about to get married, in which Busfield plays the father of one of the main characters, has already been completed.
According to the complaint, a child alleged Busfield touched him inappropriately. The incident allegedly occurred during the filming of the television series “The Cleaning Lady,” where Busfield was both an actor and a director.
Busfield has previously denied the allegations. He is expected to appear in court again on Tuesday.
Earlier in January, NBC also pulled an episode of the series "Law & Order: SVU" in which Busfield appeared due to the criminal allegations against him.
