The loans will provide the company with further support to build the world's largest green-steel factory in Boden.
The possibility of using these loans had previously been blocked because Stegra did not meet the lenders' conditions, including those related to the construction process.
This follows Stegra raising 15 billion in a financing round in April, in which Wallenberg Investment contributed the most.
