Britain's outgoing prime minister Keir Starmer and his likely successor Andy Burnham held a meeting on Tuesday that sources described as "frosty," The Guardian reports.
The meeting reportedly lasted around an hour.
Andy Burnham is currently the only candidate to become the new Labour leader and, by extension, the new prime minister. If he does not receive a challenger, he could become prime minister as early as July 17, according to the BBC.
