After 100 episodes, TV4's long-running "Solsidan" is being discontinued, writes Expressen.
It's the very last episode. That's what's been said, says actor Henrik Dorsin to the magazine.
"Solsidan" premiered in 2010. The comedy series has been put on ice before, but returned in 2019 after the "Solsidan" feature film made a box office success. The last two seasons - nine and ten - are being filmed during the spring and summer.
We've had endings before and then the series has continued, so you're maybe a little desensitized. We in the ensemble also work together on other projects, so we won't stop seeing each other. But of course, in a few years, maybe I'll think "that was quite nice", says actor Johan Rheborg to Expressen.
Season nine will be shown by TV4 in the fall.
