"We want to relocate individuals from places at risk of serious crime," says the party's legal-policy spokesperson, Teresa Carvalho, at a press conference.
According to S, the police should be instructed to "significantly" increase the use of residence bans.
"We see that residence bans can be used much more offensively and strategically against more key individuals in criminal networks," says Carvalho.
S also wants the maximum period for preventive residence bans to be extended from the current six months to one year.
