SVT has had biathlon in its programming for several years when it comes to the World Cup and World Championship. But now it will be broadcast on TV4. Like the freestyle disciplines, snowboarding and the new Olympic discipline of ski alpinism.

Cross-country skiing and alpine skiing will be on SVT, just like figure skating. The channels will share the broadcasting of ice hockey and curling.

The Olympic Games will take place in Milano and several locations in the mountains around Cortina d'Ampezzo from February 6-22, 2026.

Here is the entire distribution:

TV4: Ice hockey, biathlon, women's curling, freestyle (skicross, aerials, slopestyle, halfpipe and big air), snowboarding (parallel giant slalom, slopestyle, halfpipe, big air and snowboard cross), ski alpinism, luge and bobsleigh.

SVT: Alpine skiing, ski jumping, men's and mixed curling, ice hockey, figure skating, cross-country skiing, Nordic combined, mogul skiing, short track, skeleton and speed skating.
