It's no joke to meet Bodø/Glimt away. It didn't get any easier when King Bore intervened. The home team won the Europa League quarterfinal against Lazio with 2–0.

On the artificial turf at Aspmyra Stadium, Bodø/Glimt had already defeated Olympiakos, Twente, and Maccabi Tel Aviv in this year's Europa League matches, with a total score of 11–3.

Now, Italian Lazio has also felt the North Norwegian cold – which resulted in a 0–2 loss.

Before the match, they had to work hard to clear the snow from the pitch after a snowfall that didn't cease until the afternoon. They succeeded, although some snowflakes still fell during the match.

Ulrik Saltnes scored both goals for Bodø/Glimt. The return match will be played in Rome next week.
