According to police and rescue services, no one was injured, and the fire has been extinguished.
It is unclear what caused the fire, but it may have been a small electrical fire due to a technical fault, Mathias Häglund, command officer at the rescue service, told TT.
He also said the train and platform were already empty when emergency services arrived at the scene.
From noon, train traffic could once again run to and past Arlanda C, the Swedish Transport Administration announced. The exception was SL's commuter trains in the direction of Älvsjö. Those trains were instead routed via Märsta.
