The fullback is leaving Hammarby, where she had a contract running through the 2026 season. Last season, Holmberg accounted for six goals in 26 matches in the Swedish women's championship.
“I look forward to starting a new chapter and continuing to develop my game in a demanding environment at the highest level,” she says.
In 2025, Holmberg also broke into Sweden's national team. She scored in Sweden's 4–1 group-stage win over Germany in the European Championship. In total, Holmberg has made nine senior international appearances for Sweden, all during the past year.
