During Wednesday evening and the night into Thursday, snowfall will turn into rain or freezing rain in Svealand and parts of Gävleborg County, which can cause sudden icy conditions on roads, SMHI writes.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully, adapt their speed to road conditions and allow more time for their journeys.
The ice is expected to subside on Thursday afternoon.
