Rain is expected in this area and since we are around zero, this could freeze on the roads, says Charlotta Eriksson, meteorologist at SMHI.
It is a stretch from northern Värmland that runs through the central parts of Dalarna and then up over the southern Norrland coastline, and also the Västerbotten coastline.
The warning is yellow and is in effect from Saturday night.
There are two partial warnings. The one affecting Värmland and Dalarna is valid until Saturday afternoon. The northern one is valid until Sunday morning, says Eriksson.
