According to SMHI, there is a risk of flooding from Piteå to Kalix and towards Boden along streams and rivers, as well as in low-lying areas. A yellow warning is in effect from Monday, August 17, until midnight on August 20.
On Gotland, the warning applies between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday.
Those living in the affected areas are urged to check storm drains so that water can flow freely and not to drive through standing water.
