On the large-cap OMXS30 list, the mining company Boliden's share also stood out, up 1.2 percent, and the major bank Nordea, which recovered some of Wednesday's fall with a rise of 2.3 percent.
At the bottom of the most traded stocks was the construction group Skanska, which fell 4.7 percent after releasing a quarterly report that did not meet expectations.
The pharmacy chain Apotea's shares surged 9.8 percent on the news.
The leading European stock exchanges in London, Paris and Frankfurt pointed downwards to varying degrees at the close in Stockholm.
Initial trading on Wall Street also featured red curves, with AI-linked tech stocks in big drops after Wednesday's recovery.
