After declining for three years in a row, the overall economic indicator has risen to +1, up from -13 last fall, but remains far below the historical average of +66.
43 percent of the companies surveyed say the situation is worse than normal, while 20 percent say it is better than normal.
The Small Business Barometer is based on responses from 3,000 entrepreneurs and is conducted by Företagarna, Swedbank and Sparbankerna.
