Industrial production in the eurozone increased by 0.2 percent in November compared to the previous month, according to the statistics agency Eurostat. The development was in line with the average forecast among analysts, according to Bloomberg.
In annual terms, it means a decline of 1.9 percent for industrial production in the currency union's countries in November, also as expected.
Industrial production in Germany in November increased by 1.3 percent in November compared to the previous month, according to the report. But in annual terms, it was minus 3.3 percent.
Swedish industrial production in November increased by 1.7 percent compared to the previous month and by 0.8 percent in annual terms, according to Eurostat.
