The broad OMXS index was back in the red at the close, down 0.4 percent.
Telecom giant Ericsson led the OMXS30 list of the most traded stocks, rising 2.6 percent.
Hexagon, in particular, fell 22.5 percent. This was linked to the stock being traded without the right to a dividend.
Asmodee, the spin-off of gaming company Embracer, has reported quarterly figures and is proposing a dividend to shareholders for the first time since the spin-off. The stock rose 9.6 percent.
