The Norwegian skiing icon gave birth to her son Nils last Saturday.
Even though everyday life now revolves around breastfeeding and diaper changes, attention has long been focused on sporting goals.
I went on my first ski trip yesterday. I haven't trained outdoors since mid-December. Being out in the woods without a big belly was absolutely magical, says Johaug in her podcast "Gukild and Johaug".
There, she also raised hopes of starting in the 53-kilometer Birkebeiner race.
"I really want to go. I'm trying to train smart so I can get to the start. We'll see what my body and head say," she says.
